A project becomes binding once both parties have signed a formal agreement.

Additional Clauses

You agree that design rights will be transferred to the Company, and you will not retain any rights to use the content or media produced. In collaboration with governmental copyright agencies, CodyAppWorks will provide information regarding copyright acquisitions for refunded designs, which restricts their reuse as original designs in the future. Refund Policy

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

A discounted package has been selected.

The primary design concept has been approved.

Revisions have been requested.

Urgent design projects are non-refundable.

Cancellations for reasons unrelated to the Company.

Lack of client communication for more than two weeks.

Violation of Company policies.

Engagement with another designer for the same project.

Insufficient information in the creative brief.

A complete design change has been requested.

The request for a refund has exceeded the specified timeframe.

Business closure or name change.

Reasons such as “change of mind” or “disagreement” will not be refunded.

If a client subscribes to a service bundle and is dissatisfied with a specific service, refunds will only apply to that service and not the entire bundle. No refunds will be processed after final files have been delivered. Services such as Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable. In website projects, refunds will not be granted after design approval and transfer to development. Work outsourced to third parties is also non-refundable. CodyAppWorks reserves the right to withhold or reject any project or terminate contracts as deemed necessary. After a refund or dispute, you will lose rights to the designs, which will remain the property of CodyAppWorks.
